Hannah Galindo, a sixth grader at Erie Intermediate School in Ashtabula, won the 2016 Ashtabula County Area Spelling Bee at the Ashtabula County Educational Service Center on Tuesday evening in Ashtabula and receives the trophy from Barbara Klingensmith, president of the ACESC governing board.
