Betsy Paul, youth librarian at the Andover Public Library, played "The Cat in the Hat" during "Seuss Celebration" on Saturday afternoon at Ashtabula Towne Square in Ashtabula Township. The event was sponsored by seven area libraries and encouraged reading for children and adults.
