Ashtabula County Young Marines Sgt. Taylor Klingman particpates in a flag retirement ceremony on Thursday afternoon at Greenlawn Memory Gardens. More than 1,000 flags were retired with representatives of the Private Henry Kalinowski Marine Corps League and the American Legion Neal Post 743 particpating with the Ashtabula County Young Marines.
