Firefighters from Monroe, Sheffield, Pierpont and Plymouth fire departments recently used a Brown Road home in Denmark Township for a training burn. Pierpont Fire Chief Randy Woodard coordinated the exercise that burned down a home owned by Patrick Stiver Jr. that was severely damaged by fire in January.
